Privacy Policy & Children's Privacy Notice

App: Kid Awards (우리아이 상장)
Package: kr.omniai.kidappointment
Effective: June 9, 2026
Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice explains how Kid Awards (“the App,” Korean name: 우리아이 상장) collects, uses, stores, and deletes information. The App helps parents and legal guardians create digital praise certificates for children, keep them in an archive, and share or save images.

The App is designed as a parent-directed service. Children are not the intended account holders or primary users. There is no email/password sign-up; an anonymous service ID may be created from device identifiers for operations and AI features.

Key principle: Child profile details and certificate content (including photos) are stored on your device by default. Photos are not sent to the AI praise API. Only limited text (such as keywords and, optionally, a child’s name/age) may be sent when you use AI praise.

Sharing you choose

If you share or download certificates, the destination app (messaging, social, gallery, etc.) has its own privacy policy. You control when and with whom content is shared.

6. Children's privacy (parent-directed notice)

The App is intended for use by parents and legal guardians, not by children as primary users. Any child name, birthday, photo, or personality tag is entered or selected by the guardian for keepsake certificates.

6-1. Our design commitments

6-2. COPPA / under-13 notice (United States)

If you are in the United States, please note that the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and related FTC guidance apply to services that collect personal information from children under 13. Because this App processes child-related content entered by parents/guardians for family keepsakes, we treat it as a parent-directed experience.

If you believe we have collected information in a way that is inconsistent with this notice, contact support@omniai.kr and we will investigate and delete relevant server data where applicable.

6-3. Guardian responsibilities

7. Your rights

8. Deletion

9. Security

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Prefer a locked personal device over shared devices.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy for legal or product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page and/or in-app notice.
